Welcome to Harvey’s Alley Spring Canoe Rental located at Alley Spring National Park Campground on the Jacks Fork River, 6 miles west of Eminence on Highway 106.
For your convenience, we now have a 2nd location in Eminence at the junction of Highways 19 and 106, next to the "Redneck Coop."
Harvey’s Canoe Rental has provided friendly and knowledgeable service at Alley Spring since 1965. Owners Shane and Kim Van Steenis have 25 years experience in the canoe business.
We are an authorized concessioner of the National Park Service. We service both Jacks Fork and Current Rivers near Eminence, the canoe capital of the world. We are located in the heart of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways which was established in 1964 to protect 134 miles of the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers. The clean, clear waters of these two beautiful rivers provide excellent opportunities for canoeing, swimming, fishing and tubing. Considered to be Class I streams with a few sections of Class II water. Camping, hiking, hunting and horseback riding are also enjoyed in the park.

Our season extends all year. Reservations are necessary in the winter months from October 15 through April 15. The busiest months are June, July and August. Spring flowers, dogwoods and redbuds are in bloom around the first week or two of April. May and June are the best months for fishing. The fall colors are the best around mid October.
